Around the Club in 30 Days
The staff at NAC would like to challenge you to try everything the Club has to offer!
Here are the basics:
Simply complete the list below in 30 days.
Please sign up with your Fitness Technician as soon as possible if you want to play!!!
You will receive an official “Around the Club in 30 Days” T-Shirt after completing this challenge!!!
In order to finish the program you must complete:
One Cybex circuit (guided if you have never used the equipment).
Use 6 pieces of cardio equipment for 15 minutes each (treadmill, EFX, recumbent bike, upright bike, stairmaster, etc.)
One Spinning class.
One Group Ex. class (not a mind/body class).
One Mind/Body Class. (Core Conditioning, Yoga, Flexibility)
Play 1 court sport for at least 30 minutes (Volleyball, Racquetball, Basketball).
One Water Aerobics class or 30 minutes swimming laps.
One free Personal Training session using the Freemotion equipment in the weight room. (we will help you make an appointment with a Personal Trainer!)
Bring in a guest. Speak with a Membership Rep. to receive pass.
Introduce yourself to the General Manager (Kevin Buck)
